This paper introduces , a desktop-native content management application designed for offline-first efficiency. By strictly adhering to the Model-View-Controller (MVC) architectural pattern and utilizing lightweight embedded databases, MVCMS Lite aims to provide a streamlined, secure, and rapid development environment for content creators who require stability without the overhead of server-side rendering.
