This game loves single-core performance. Modern CPUs will run it, but you may need to limit the game to one core via Task Manager > Details > Set Affinity.
The base game had 5 scenarios (1546 to 1603). The PK added 3 “What-If” scenarios, including a stunning alternate history where Oda Nobunaga survives the Honno-ji Incident and unites Japan with a proto-Western industrial army.
