If the setup file doesn't work, you can add the printer manually: Control Panel Hardware and Sound Devices and Printers Add a printer
Windows 11, 10, 8.1, and 7 (both 32-bit and 64-bit).
Right-click “This PC” > “Properties” to see your Windows version and system type (32/64-bit).
