Upon arriving on the island, Kouta and Miyu are introduced to the facility's director, a man who proposes a twisted form of treatment. To "purify" Miyu and stimulate the necessary biological responses for her cure, she must engage in sexual acts with other men—specifically the staff and inhabitants of the island—while Kouta watches.
