Grass Valley discontinued Edius 5 over a decade ago. They no longer sell licenses for it. The current version is Edius 11. Selling discontinued software would create technical support burdens for incompatible hardware/OS.
There is no official "Loader" from Grass Valley. If you own a legitimate license for Edius 5.2, you do not need a loader. You need your original installation disc and your USB hardware key.
