The findings of this study highlight the need for improved toilet infrastructure and education on toilet hygiene practices. Inadequate toilet facilities can have severe consequences on human health, and it is essential that policymakers and public health practitioners take steps to address this issue. The results of this study suggest that a multi-faceted approach, including education, infrastructure development, and community engagement, is needed to promote toilet hygiene and prevent the spread of diseases.
This study used a survey design to investigate the prevalence of inadequate toilet facilities among a sample of 1000 participants. The survey was conducted in a urban setting, and participants were selected using a random sampling technique.
