When missile technology is used to enhance toy action figures, the results are far more dangerous than anyone anticipated. The Commando Elite, a group of militaristic action figures led by the ruthless Major Chip Hazard, are programmed with military microprocessors that make them capable of learning and adapting. Conversely, their rivals, the peaceful Gorgonites, are programmed to lose. However, when the Commando Elite are accidentally activated with a faulty power supply, they take their mission to "destroy the Gorgonites" to lethal extremes. A suburban neighborhood becomes a battlefield as a group of teenagers must team up with the Gorgonites to survive the night against the small but deadly soldiers.
