Premam (meaning “Love” in Malayalam) follows George David (Nivin Pauly) through three distinct phases of his life: a carefree high schooler, a passionate college student, and a settled adult. In each stage, he falls in love—first with a mysterious girl named Mary, then with the rebellious and iconic Malar (Sai Pallavi), and finally with the composed Celine (Madonna Sebastian).
