Day 20 is not a rest day. It is a "check-in" day. The routine is shorter but more intense—a "greatest hits" of the previous nine days. After finishing Day 20, look in the mirror. You may not see a size drop on the scale (in fact, the scale might go up due to inflammation and water retention in the muscles), but you will notice a "lift."
