Connect your PSP to your computer via USB and select USB Connection on the PSP menu.

Your Custom Firmware is not active or the ISO mode is wrong. Fix: Press Select on the PSP XMB (Home screen). Go to ISO MODE and change it from Normal to M33 Driver or Sony NP9660 . WE10 works best on M33.
